Masjid Agung Bandung

One fine holiday! yeayyy!
Me with my two best friends planned to hunting with analogue camera.
We went to Great Mosque Bandung, the "hip" place today.

So here we go!

1. Masjid Agung Bandung & Alun-alun
Grand Mosque Bandung West Java province formerly known as the Great Mosque is a mosque located Bandung in Bandung West Java. Status of this mosque is a mosque for the province of West Java. The mosque was first built in 1810 and since its establishment, the Great Mosque has undergone a revamp eight times in the 19th century, and then five times in the 20th century until eventually renovated again in 2001, up until the inauguration of the Mosque of Bandung Raya June 4, 2003 which was inaugurated by Governor of West Java time: HR Nuriana. The new mosque, the Arab-style, replacing the old Great Mosque, a typical character of Sunda.

The most distinctive feature of the mosque is its two twin minarets, each 81 meter high. The minarets were planned to be 99 meter high to represent the 99 names of Allah but was changed to 81 meter because of height restriction related with the position of Husein Sastranegara International Airport. The minarets flank the main building to the left and right. Both minarets are topped with a small roofed pavilion that mimics the original roof of the Great Mosque of Bandung. The top of the minarets are open to public every Saturday and Monday.

We enjoyed picnic here and take a picture with mamiya C22.
So here our result
