So, we went to Soekarno Hatta airport - Jakarta.
The plane is take off about 14.40 PM, but it was postponed.
After waiting for delay about 45 minutes, we are flying to the sky ! (yippieee...)
The sky is clear and we have a chance to see sunset time from the sky :)

After flying about 1 hour, we off to Lombok!
Welcome to Lombok!

Lombok is an island in West Nusa Tenggara (Nusa Tenggara Barat or NTB) province, Indonesia. It forms part of the chain of the Lesser Sunda Islands, with the Lombok Strait separating it from Bali to the west and the Alas Strait between it and Sumbawa to the east. It is roughly circular, with a "tail" (Sekotong Peninsula) to the southwest, about 70 km across and a total area of about 4,725 km² (1,825 sq mi).
The provincial capital and largest city on the island is Mataram. It is somewhat similar in size and density with neighboring Bali and shares some cultural heritage, but is administratively part of NTB along with sparsely populated Sumbawa. It is surrounded by a number of smaller islands locally called Gili.

One that the tourists should try when traveling to Lombok is the traditional food named Ayam Taliwang and Plecing Kangkung. Both of Ayam Taliwang and Plecing Kangkung was made by a family who live at Karang Taliwang. They are Haji Murad and his wife, Salmah, who introduced the recipe at the beginning of 1940.
The uniqueness of Ayam Taliwang comes from chicken that is used, still fresh and young. Beside that, it also can be served as fried chicken, spicy roasted chicken, and also honey roasted chicken. Ayam Taliwang always serves together with Plecing Kangkung, kind of food made from water vegetable called kangkung.
The traditional recipe of Ayam taliwang and Plecing Kangkung is very hot and spicy; however those recipes will make the tourists know how delicious it is.
This popular traditional food can be found easily in some restaurant located at Cakranegara or in Taliwang village.

Because we are in a hungry, our tour guide take us to eat Taliwang before we check in to Hotel.
Oh really it was so delicious and you must try it!
