Hanoi Train Street primarily runs between Le Duan and Kham Tien Streets in the Dong Da District, and also along Phung Hung Street in the Hoan Kiem District. The most frequented section is near 224 Le Duan Street, easily accessible by taxi, motorbike, or a short walk from the Hanoi Railway Station.
Trains typically pass through this area several times a day. It's advisable to arrive at least 30 minutes early to secure a good viewing spot. For the most accurate schedule, consult local cafés along the tracks, as they often have up-to-date information.




There are so many cafes along train street. I choosed Railway Tuan Cafe to see the train.
Railway Tuan Café is situated directly along the active railway tracks, providing patrons with an unparalleled view of trains as they rumble through the narrow street. Unlike other establishments, Tuan's café boasts seating on both sides of the tracks, ensuring unobstructed views and a truly immersive experience. The café's strategic location at the end of the track stretch means fewer crowds and a more relaxed atmosphere. Given the popularity of Train Street, it's advisable to arrive early to secure a good spot. For safety reasons, access to the tracks is regulated, and visitors are encouraged to follow guidelines and respect local regulations.
