Tokyo Skytree is a tower building that stands in the Sumida District and is located near the Sumida River which is opposite Asakusa. This tower has a height of 634 meters and was named the tallest tower building in the world by the Guinness Book of Records. At a height of 350 meters and 450 meters, inside this tower there are various views that you can enjoy.

At a height of 350 meters of the tower there is the Tokyo Skytree observatory deck. In the past, entrance tickets to the Tokyo Skytree observatory deck were divided into 2 types, namely regular tickets (2,060 yen for adults) and reservation tickets (2,750 yen for adults). Regular tickets are tickets that can be purchased at the Ticket Counter on the 4th floor, while reservation tickets are tickets that can be ordered and purchased online via the official Tokyo Skytree website. However, since February 19 2015, the Fast Skytree Ticket (2,820 yen for adults) has been implemented which is intended for foreign tourists.

Fast Skytree Tickets can be purchased easily. Apart from not needing to book tickets, visitors with even a short stay can enjoy the Skytree observatory deck comfortably. Exiting the elevator on the 4th floor, you will arrive at the Tokyo Skytree Tembo Deck which is at an altitude of 350 meters. Here you can enjoy views of Tokyo with a 360 degree perspective. You can search for tourist attractions that you have visited or even search for the next tourist attraction that you will visit.


The collection of skyscrapers in Shinjuku and Tokyo Get Bridge radiate light dazzlingly. During the day you can find different views in Tokyo. Tokyo Skytree Tembo Deck is open until 22.00. Therefore, you can enjoy the view at night.



How to get there:
From Tokyo Station, take the JR Sobu Rapid Line and transfer at Kinshicho for the Tokyo Metro Hanzomon Line, 16 minutes total.
