Food Galore in Penang

Penang Road Famous Teochew Chendul
27 & 29 Lebuh Keng Kwee,
10100 Georgetown, Penang

In Penang there is a very famous cendol selling outlet, namely Penang Road Famous Teochew Chendul and Ice Kacang. It's so popular that it's not even valid to visit Penang if you haven't tried it.
Even though it is located on the south side of Jalan Lebuh Keng Kwee, it is actually not difficult to find this drink outlet. It is located around the very famous Penang Road.

When I arrived there, I had to be willing to queue to get a bowl of my dream chendul or ice peanuts. But there's no need to worry because the queue moves quickly because of the fast service.
Original Chendul is a dessert made from processed rice flour and colored green, with pandan aroma soaked in coconut milk. It is served with red beans and topped with gula melaka which is boiled for 4 hours. Served cold in a bowl and topped with shaved ice.

The location of Mee Sotong Hameed Pata is located in Selera Padang City, which is an easy location to find. This Mee Sotong outlet starts operating from 12 noon to 8 pm every day except Sunday.
Mee Goreng Sotong is fried in a large skillet for several orders at a time. They use a special sauce with synchronized syllables.
It's the same as Mee Rebus which is prepared in large quantities. After the mee is cooked, then the sotong chili sauce is placed on top of the mee as a complement to this special menu
